I tried calling to see if they had a part. Never got ahold of anyone. The only option was to leave a voice mail message. SERIOUSLY, I have never heard of a store that does not have a live person that when you press 'o' for operator you can be directed to a department for help.

It is the people that make the place. The people here are great! They are all so knowledgeable and helpful. Whenever a project needs help. They are there with great solutions and always happy to help. Great hardware store...not for just the products!
You guys should not advertise ,"NO JOB IS TOO SMALL". I started Oct 17th with sending pictures of a mailbox that needed taken out of the ground and new one put in. your person (207-1180) was going to come out and look at it and give me a estimate of cost. I have never received an estimate or heard from anyone. What if I had some other work that needed done (MAJOR) which I do. Not a good way to do business!
