I have had great experiences with Livermore Cyclery each time I have visited. Today they went out of their way to deliver my bike back to me after it got serviced. Thank you for taking care of your customers!
The mechanics shop is excellent and all employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the price of many parts is about 40% higher than competitors. Great place for tune ups and small parts though.
Very good friendly service, great guys, and a nice big space. Free parking right out the door. ! I do worry that their prices which do seem higher than competitors will hurt them though. But if the market theyre in can afford, and Alamo aint poor, good luck to them. Still, I think that with all the floor space they have, they could have a ton more stock, and lower prices, which will knock Danville and Walnut creek out.
Just got my bike from another shop and still had problems... Livermore Cyclery, did the same work as the other shop for half the price and did the job right... Super friendly and great service. Highly recommended!
